Vacancies:

5-axis CNC machinists

TEI is looking for experienced 5-axis CNC machinists to join our team on second shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for setting up and operating a 5-axis CNC machines
  • Complete machining operations from drawings work instructions and/or verbal instructions
  • Knowledge of complex, tight tolerance parts and various materials

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of experience setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machines

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with Renishaw probing software
  • Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain controllers.

Casting Machining Programmers

You would have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in programming, machining castings and designing fixtures for low volume prototype casting applications.  Your work would involve: programming machining on a variety of 3-axis CNC machines, Makino 4-axis, and DMG 5-axis machines, modeling fixtures in Siemens NX or Catia, programming castings in a variety of machining software including WorkNC, LeMoine and Vericut, and  experience in programming in Mastercam or another mainstream programming software that would also be directly relevant.
